Pred mesiacom som mal zápas, takže som na ňu iba nadviazal. Všetko hrá.</p><p><strong>A čo hovoríš na zmenu súpera?</strong></p><p>Super. Je to kvalitný bojovník, známe meno. How do you respond?</strong></p><p>During a fight, I always keep a clear head. I don’t have a specific plan—everything happens too fast. I have a rough idea of how things might go, but I’m the type who loves to improvise. I’m used to tough situations in life, and I have no problem proving myself in the cage.</p><p><strong>What does your mental preparation look like?</strong></p><p>I clear my head, embrace challenging situations, and don’t let fear or nervousness hold me back. On the contrary—I use them to stay focused and alert.</p><p><strong>And what about your physical preparation? What does a day in the life of Max Holzer before a fight look like?</strong></p><p>My day includes two training sessions and a strict diet. I also coach youth and sometimes give private lessons.
