Vlezl mu do zad a tam pracoval, takže podle toho se připravujeme dál. Samozřejmě jsem si něco odnesl, ale myslím, že jsem na zemi trošku dál než Ruchy. Já vím, kde jsme udělali chybu, ale musí to vědět hlavně Ruchy a makat na tom.</p><p><strong>Jak vnímáš svého soupeře, co myslíš, že na tebe chystá?</strong></p><oktfightcomponent fightid="950"></oktfightcomponent><p>Můj soupeř je komplexní MMA zápasník, tvrdý Anglán. Fry má 2 prohry, obě na submise, povedeš to tímhle směrem?</strong></p><p>Na submise se vůbec zaměřovat nechci – jednou jsem se na ně zaměřil a celé jsem to „podrbal”, takže budu bojovat tak, jak to cítím vždy a budu chtít vyhrát před limitem. But I stuck with it, and it turned out great. Now, I firmly believe in my success.</p><p><strong>What happens when things don’t go according to plan in the cage? How do you respond?</strong></p><p>During a fight, I always keep a clear head. I don’t have a specific plan—everything happens too fast. I have a rough idea of how things might go, but I’m the type who loves to improvise. I’m used to tough situations in life, and I have no problem proving myself in the cage.</p><p><strong>What does your mental preparation look like?</strong></p><p>I clear my head, embrace challenging situations, and don’t let fear or nervousness hold me back. On the contrary—I use them to stay focused and alert.</p><p><strong>And what about your physical preparation? What does a day in the life of Max Holzer before a fight look like?</strong></p><p>My day includes two training sessions and a strict diet. I also coach youth and sometimes give private lessons.
