During his career he has been through several foreign organizations and also entered the middleweight title match of the Polish organization KSW. The Kincl vs. Vémola 2 fight became the most watched fight in the history of the Czech-Slovak fight scene. In it Kincl defeated Vémola on points and became the 1st Czech to defeat "The Terminator".
