Sebevědomý a čistý výkon, ze kterého Mazúch odcházel tak čerstvý jako by si mohl střihnout ještě druhou výzvu za večer. Ač zápas lépe otevřel svou akcí, Rock se brzy ocitl na jeho zádech a odtud ho ne a ne dostat. Rockova dominance jasně vyvrcholila škrcením ve třetí minutě prvního kola, Pokorný však předtím dost odolával. Polák od začátku odmítal Wanlissovy útoky a hodil protivníka na zem. Tlak udržoval v průběhu celého zápasu a na konci prvního kola se vše zvrhlo v pěkně ostrou válku, na kterou navázalo i kolo další. Wojciechowski ho stále tlačil na pletivo a snažil se dostat zápas na zem, ale nedařilo se. Petrášek rozjel pěkně ostrou bitvu, sázel jedno kladivo za druhým, odolný Polák ale ne a ne podlehnout.
