How do you feel in the stand-up, and is it something you are actively working on in your preparation right now?Well, I work on all aspects of the fight, I would already say that I feel just as good in the stand-up as I do on the ground.Where exactly do you prepare for your fights, and what does your regular training week look like when you have to combine it with work?I prepare at Colosseum MMA Martin and Performance Martin, occasionally we go out for sparring somewhere outside of Martin. Dalaslan landed a hard spinning elbow that split her opponent's forehead open, and because of the cut the fight was stopped.
