Myslím si, že jsem teď psychicky odhodlanější a celkově „dospělejší" bojovník i člověk.</p><p><strong>Když jsi měl delší pauzu kvůli zranění, přemýšlel jsi někdy o tom, co bys dělal, kdyby MMA nevyšlo?</strong></p><p>Věděl jsem, že se chci vrátit. Ale zároveň jsem si vědom, že tahle kariéra není věčná – ať už kvůli zranění nebo věku. Už teď se kromě zápasení věnuji trénování dětí a juniorů. Zároveň rozebírám zápasy a karty na mém YouTube kanále a občas komentuji galavečery UFC na Nova Sport.</p><p><strong>29. prosince tě čeká O2 arena. Vánoce jsou pro většinu lidí časem klidu, rodiny a dobrého jídla. Jak to zvládáš, když jsi v přípravě a musíš držet dietu? Užiješ si vůbec svátky?</strong></p><p>Užiju! Budou to skvělé Vánoce, přestože velmi netradiční. Před zápasem je slavit a prožívat sice nebudu, ale co bude hezčí než výhra v O2, a pak společná oslava s rodinou a kamarády?</p><p><strong>Přidává ti velká hala na nervozitě?</strong></p><p>Nervozita před zápasem určitě bude, ale samotná atmosféra mě nabíjí. Obzvlášť když to bude v mé rodné Praze, kde žiju celý život, a bude tam opravdu velký kotel fanoušků.</p><p><strong>Co víš o svém soupeři, jak se na něj připravuješ?</strong></p><p>Je zkušený a houževnatý, přestože to v posledním zápase vlivem zranění neukázal. Především je to dobrý boxer s velkou ránou. Snažím se ho ale dobře nastudovat a trénovat tak, abych mu nedal šanci.</p><oktfightcomponent fightid="1082"></oktfightcomponent><p><strong>Teď máš za sebou tři prohry, což není jednoduché, zvlášť pro někoho, kdo je považován za obrovský talent. Jak to zvládáš psychicky a co sis z toho odnesl?</strong></p><p>Osobně tomu nepřikládám velkou váhu, i když na papíře je to jasné. Vnímám u sebe neustálý progres a zkušenosti, které zápasy přinesly, přestože to nedopadlo tak, jak jsem chtěl, jsou obrovské. Všechno je součást cesty, kde výsledek není jen aktuální skóre na Sherdogu. Stále si jsem vědom svých kvalit, které teprve v kleci ukážu.</p><p><strong>Musel jsi něco změnit ve své přípravě?</strong></p><p>Změnil jsem mnoho věcí a do budoucna plánuji další. Tou největší byla část přípravy v zahraničí, konkrétně v Polsku.</p><p><strong>U změn ještě zůstaneme. Proč ses vlastně rozhodl pro novou divizi?</strong></p><p>Z mnoha důvodů. První je, že do pérové váhy jsem už musel shazovat hodně kilogramů a ovlivňovalo to moje zdraví a zápasový výkon. Nejsem ani fanouškem velké manipulace s váhou před zápasem a toto rozhodnutí, jít o váhu výš, je za mne správné. Cítím se skvěle a silně. Navíc se svým zdravím jsem bojoval rok a půl. Nechci tělu dávat další nálož v podobě těžkého shazování a chci zápasit často, což se s velkým shazováním taky neslučuje.</p><p><strong>MMA je nejen o fyzičce, ale i o hlavě. Co děláš pro to, aby tvoje psychika byla na zápas stoprocentně připravená?</strong></p><p>Mám kolem sebe okruh lidí, kteří mě podporují, motivují a inspirují. Kromě toho praktikuji jógu, která mi pomáhá nejen fyzicky, ale také mentálně a duševně.</p><p><strong>A vrací ti to tenhle tvrdý sport nějak zpět, třeba i mimo klec?</strong></p><p>MMA mě učí konzistenci, práci pod stresem a krizovému přemýšlení, takže se do života a práci s výzvami rozhodně hodí.</p><p><strong>A jaké jsou podle tebe hodnoty, které by měl zápasník MMA mít?</strong></p><p>Nemyslím si, že jen MMA zápasník, ale každý člověk by se měl snažit být šťastný, vědomý a upřímný sám k sobě. KOPERA</h2><p>An amazing comeback by Alan Omer. After battling a serious illness, he returned after five years — and won! However, Kopera was no easy opponent. The first round even saw a historic moment — for the first time in OKTAGON history, a broken mouthguard had to be replaced live during the broadcast. Omer handled it and carried on. Kopera fought back hard in the final round and momentarily became the king of the cage, but it wasn’t enough. ENOMOTO</h2><p>The first round was clearly Muradov’s — he hammered Enomoto with a relentless assault, though the Swiss samurai held up surprisingly well. A brutal straight right, a flying knee, and a flurry of strikes on the ground sent Enomoto into darkness. Schwindt came out swinging with brutal strikes, but Bartl quickly turned the tables and took Schwindt down. Both fighters absorbed massive damage, and the ground battle was a desperate fight for survival. Bartl briefly took control, but the advantage kept shifting until Schwindt regained dominance. He tortured Bartl on the ground, and just when the referee was ready to step in, Bartl always managed to hang on. Bartl’s heroic effort finally ended at 4:41 of the second round when Schwindt managed to finish him. STAHL</h2><p>The first main card fight delivered a hard-fought three-round battle. Stahl had a tough time in the opening round, absorbing heavy strikes from Ayari. The rest of the fight followed a similar pattern. In the second round, Stahl tried to take the fight to the ground, but Ayari defended well and forced the fight back to standing. Ayari seemed poised for victory and sealed the deal in the final round. As the fight drew to a close, Ayari countered an attack from Stahl and delivered a devastating KO — the first of the night.
