A my tento příběh známe i od jeho soupeře Kincla. I Kerimova minulost zahrnovala časté problémy se zákonem – kritický zlom ale nastal při dalším průšvihu, při kterém byl jeho parťák zadržen policií. Tehdy si Kerim uvědomil, že pokud nezmění svůj život, skončí jako jeho otec za mřížemi. We push each other, we sweat and bleed together. My coaching team gives everything to make fight night as easy as possible for me.
