Zmenilo sa niečo?</strong></p><p>Každá príprava je špecifická. Tým, že už máme dieťa, tak je to vždy špecifické aj vzhľadom na obdobie nášho syna. Možno inak premýšľam v tréningoch – už nie som taká, že všetko robím silou, ale snažím sa rozmýšľať pri technikách, byť efektívnejšia, robiť menej, ale za “viac peňazí”, či rozumieš. Počkať si na ten správny moment, správnu techniku a byť efektívnejšia, šetriť energiou. Takže moje psychické nastavenie je iné, ale v základe sa príprava nemení – stále je to vysoký objem tréningov a drina.</p><p><strong>Aké najväčšie zmeny sa u teba po narodení dieťaťa, ako u fighterky, prejavili?</strong></p><p>Najviac sa u mňa zmenila práve psychika. Aj telo sa samozrejme zmenilo, ale celkom rýchlo sa vrátilo do pôvodného stavu, možno aj do lepšieho. Ale psychika – na jednu stranu viem, že si určite viac verím, som sebavedomejšia a viac si vážim sama seba. Sebaúcta určite vzrástla, po pôrode a všetkom, čo som zvládla. Na druhú stranu som ale citlivejšia a empatickejšia. Keď som celý deň s Dragim a potom idem na tréning, je niekedy ťažké sa hneď prepnúť do agresívneho módu. Na tréningu si niekedy hlavou inde.</p><p><strong>Ako teda zvládaš skĺbiť rodinný a pracovný život?</strong></p><p>Je to energeticky náročné – nájsť rovnováhu v tom, že na tréningu sa v podstate zabíjame, ideme si tam utrhať ruky a nohy, dávame si bomby do tela a potom prídem domov a fičím zvyšok dňa s malým. Niekedy, keď to preženiem, som až príliš unavená a nemám kedy si oddýchnuť. V tomto je to pre mňa ťažké, nechať si napríklad aj pomôcť, vyvážiť to. Keď už viem, kde mám tú hranicu – kedy si napríklad musím dať pauzu jeden tréning a načerpať energiu, potom to zvládam v pohode. Niekedy to ale preženiem a potom trpia všetci okolo.</p><p><strong>Ako vidíš svoju súperku? V čom je pre teba nebezpečná?</strong></p><p>Moja súperka je veľmi komplexná – je silná na pletive, vie boxovať, robila thajský box, vie zhadzovať súperky na zem a aj na zemi udržať dobrú pozíciu, takže si myslím, že je nebezpečná vo všetkom. Je potrebné si na ňu dávať pozor a určite bude tiež dobre kondične pripravená, takže si musím rozložiť sily. Bude to výzva aj v tej nižšej váhe – malé baby sú aj také rýchle, to nesmiem podceniť.</p><p><strong>Aké sú tvoje plány po Álvarez? Je niečo ďalšie, čo chceš stihnúť v tomto roku? Myslíš na titul?</strong></p><p>Keď sa mi podarí tento zápas vyhrať, možno by som aj rada išla o titul, keby bola možnosť. Nechcem sa tomu brániť, ale ani sa nikam neponáhľam – všetci vieme, že keď už máš titul, musíš chodiť len päťkolové zápasy a to teda nie je žiadna sranda. Na jednu stranu mi to tak aj vyhovuje, zápasiť asi trikrát do roka v kratších zápasoch. Neviem, či by som zvládla titulový zápas tak často.</p><p><strong>Ako vlastne prebieha tvoj turnajový večer, teraz, keď máš malého? Je v šatni s tebou?</strong></p><p>Dragi určite v šatni nebude, to je podľa mňa úplne kontraproduktívne. Ja sa potrebujem sústrediť hlavne na seba a keď je on v miestnosti, vždy samozrejme uprednostním jeho potreby a pozornosť mi uniká. Preto ho tiež často neberiem na tréningy, nemôžem sa potom sústrediť. Určite bude pred zápasom s babkou alebo s dedom, proste s tými, ktorí sa mu budú môcť venovať naplno.</p><p><strong>Vníma už tvoj syn šport, ktorý robíš? Vysvetľuješ mu nejako napr. vzhľad po zápase?</strong></p><p>Určite to vníma. Vždy, keď mám nejakú modrinu, tak si ukazujeme, že mama má „bobo” a väčšinou aj on má nejaké – odreté kolená a tak. Nevníma to nejako zle. Chodí s nami cez víkendy do gymu a aj doma stále lapujeme, boxujeme… Zatiaľ je to tak, že nás sám dosť šikanuje, aby sme ho ráno lapovali a tak, je to sranda.</p><oktinstagramcomponent url="https://www.instagram.com/p/C9SPpaiM6G3/"></oktinstagramcomponent><p><strong>Budete chcieť s Andrejom viesť malého k bojovým športom, keď vyrastie?</strong></p><p>Keď bude mať záujem, tak áno – obaja sa predsa len pohybujeme v tom prostredí. Ale keď sa rozhodne ísť úplne inou cestou, tak pôjde inou cestou. Už teraz ale vnímam, že on to všetko vidí a opakuje, takže neviem, či vôbec nejaká iná cesta bude.</p><p><strong>Karta v Bratislave je nabitá ženským MMA. Vidíš ty nejaké rozdiely medzi ženami a mužmi v klietke, prípadne aké?</strong></p><p>Myslím si, že to je úplne iný svet. Nechcem nám prihrievať polievočku, ale podľa mňa to v tomto mužskom svete máme ťažšie. Aj tým, že chceme byť raz matky a je to fyzicky veľmi náročný šport – napríklad chudnutie a do toho menštruácia… Máme tam podľa mňa viac prekážok než muži. Na druhú stranu muži majú oveľa väčšiu konkurenciu než my, v tomto máme výhodu. Čo sa týka samotných zápasov, tak muži, keď idú spolu zápasiť, je to často taký strategický boj, technickejší a vyspelší. Keď sa idú biť dve ženy, je v tom taká agresivita. Nie že by to bolo netechnické, ale ženy dokážu ísť až na samotnú hranicu bolesti, je to proste extrém. In the biggest fight of his career, Pukač won by TKO after a flawless performance. Not many expected such a result, and Pukač deserves immense praise for his performance, which confirmed his current fantastic form. Eckerlin showed royal generosity in the post-fight interview when he mentioned that he would give Pukač back the 50 % of his purse, that was supposed to be Eckerlin's, after Robo missed his weight. Karim Aras provided the shock of the night by demolishing his Polish opponent in the first round. After a perfectly timed hook to the chin, Aras landed a few strikes on the ground, and Palasz struggled to get back up. After a hard knee in the clinch, Ayari managed to take Stolze to the ground, improve his position, and lock in an RNC, forcing Stolze to tap. The second round offered incredible action – first, Faridun dropped Nazhand with a perfectly timed rear hook to the chin. However, Nazhand miraculously survived, and with a display of last-ditch strength, he caught Faridun’s arm in a Kimura and forced him to tap within seconds.
