První zajímavostí je, že Petrášek nikdy neabsolvoval amatérský zápas v MMA. Jednoduše šel rovnou mezi profesionály. Bylo to dané mimo jiné tím, že se bojovým sportům věnoval od svých 12 let a už jako kluk sbíral úspěchy v grapplingu. Přechod do MMA pro něj tím pádem nebyl tak složitý. Navíc mohl vždy trénovat se starším bratrem Ondřejem Petráškem, kterého si také můžeš pamatovat z turnajů OKTAGONu. První profesionální zápas Milošovi nevyšel. Pak ale následovalo sedm vítězství v řadě! Navíc hned čtyři z nich dokázal ukončit před limitem – dvakrát na Kimuru a dvakrát TKO. Ve svých 23 letech měl našlápnuto skvěle, jenže poté přišlo horší období – dvě prohry v řadě a následná roční pauza. <h2>KAPITOLA KIMBALL A NÁVRAT ZPĚT</h2>Když se v roce 2017 Petrášek vrátil, byl k nezastavení. Během 10 měsíců získal čtyři výhry a opět všechny před limitem! Dva zápasy už byly v OKTAGONu, konkrétně na turnajích OKTAGON 5 a OKTAGON 7. Milošova hvězda znovu vylétla, fanoušci domácí organizace si jej oblíbili a s tím rostl také tlak. Tehdy narazil na svůj „kryptonit” a úhlavního nepřítele – amerického medvěda Jeremyho „The Grizzly” Kimballa. Američan právě ukončil svou štaci v UFC, kde odzápasil čtyři souboje, a přijel do Evropy poměřit síly s místní scénou. Kimball navenek nepůsobí jako nějaký velký sportovec – sám Petrášek v jednom rozhovoru s nadsázkou řekl, že v jeho případě platí rčení: „kdo má vanu, ten má ránu”. A platilo to také v jejich prvním zápase, který Kimball vyhrál v prvním kole na KO. Zdrcující porážku nechtěl rozjetý Petrášek přijmout, a proto se rozhodl jít do odvetného zápasu a ukázat, že v OKTAGONu patří na vrchol potravního řetězce. Jenže ani napodruhé neuspěl, i když tentokrát zápas došel až k rozhodnutí bodových rozhodčích. Po dvou tvrdých porážkách za sebou potřeboval Petrášek vzpruhu. Na legendárním turnaji OKTAGON 15, kde se odehrál Zápas století a OKTAGON poprvé vyprodal pražskou O2 arenu, se Miloš utkal s dánským veteránem Christensenem. Ani na potřetí to však nevyšlo a místo potřebného vítězství si připsal další prohru na body. <h2>SYMPAŤÁK, KTERÝ BUDE VŽDY MILÁČKEM PUBLIKA</h2>Přes všechny události, od slavných vítězství po drtivé porážky, zůstal Miloš Petrášek milovaným zápasníkem.
