STRZELCZYK</h2><p>Another quick fight of the night, though certainly not in the way anyone would have hoped. Both fighters fired up the arena to the max, and we were expecting top-notch performances. But MMA is an unpredictable sport, as was proven several times tonight. Although Poppeck started strong in the first round, he suddenly threw an illegal knee, and instead of a heated bout, we got a No Contest after Strzelczyk understandably refused to continue. BLACK-DELL</h2><p>The flawless Holzer keeps rolling, though credit must be given to Black-Dell for standing up to him courageously and even leaving him with a decent shiner under his eye in the first round. But from then on, the confident Holzer took over all three rounds, demonstrating exceptional maturity for his 22 years. Black-Dell defended himself bravely and with honor but couldn’t do anything against the overwhelming talent of the German superstar. Of course, I don’t wish to lose, but if it happens, it won’t break me.</p><p><strong>When you started MMA, did you ever imagine you’d reach this level?</strong></p><p>At the beginning, I didn’t even think I’d be able to compete, let alone win anything. But I stuck with it, and it turned out great. Now, I firmly believe in my success.</p><p><strong>What happens when things don’t go according to plan in the cage? How do you respond?</strong></p><p>During a fight, I always keep a clear head. I don’t have a specific plan—everything happens too fast. I have a rough idea of how things might go, but I’m the type who loves to improvise. I’m used to tough situations in life, and I have no problem proving myself in the cage.</p><p><strong>What does your mental preparation look like?</strong></p><p>I clear my head, embrace challenging situations, and don’t let fear or nervousness hold me back. On the contrary—I use them to stay focused and alert.</p><p><strong>And what about your physical preparation? What does a day in the life of Max Holzer before a fight look like?</strong></p><p>My day includes two training sessions and a strict diet. I also coach youth and sometimes give private lessons. Do you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve in MMA?</strong></p><p>I want to compete at the highest level and make a living through the sport. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?</strong></p><p>Mostly, I’m recovering from training or working on my personal marketing. In the end, Zhumagulov took the final round, mainly thanks to punches that seemed to belong in a different weight class. Aby fought valiantly, showing little fatigue, leaving fans wondering what might have happened if it went further.
